Rapid Response We offer extremely fast turn around times for wire and cable orders, with no added charges for handling emergency orders. Orders for stock products will normally ship the same day, if the order is received before noon, or later for air shipments. We will structure the logistics of an order in any way to meet the needs of our customers, including partial shipments, future deliveries, shipping to more than one address, overnight or same day delivery when possible, use of specific freight services, etc. One Stop Shopping When a customer contacts us to offer an opportunity for our services, this customer has made the one only contact necessary. We will strive to maintain inventory of a full line of products used by our customers. In cases where we do not have immediate product availability, we will make all possible efforts and outside communications necessary to find the product and service our customer's needs. Custom Cable Assemblies We offer technical support to create custom cabling solutions for nonstandard applications. This allows us to provide products to interconnect virtually any compatible equipment regardless of the manufacturer. We work closely and continuously with our customers to assure our complete understanding of their needs, and can provide first article samples for final approval prior to actual construction of an order. All of the data created for a customer cable is archived for future reference. A JCH product identification number can be assigned to the custom product for future orders if requested by the customer. Commitment To Quality We are absolutely committed to the quality of our products, services and processes. We will strive to ensure that all of our products meet or exceed the customer requirements. We will not offer a substandard product at any price. Within this framework, any variations requested by our customers will become the quality benchmark for the order. All processes included inspections and testing, as applicable, to insure impeccable quality consistent with the high standards of JCH Wire & Cable and JCH Technologies. Custom Packaging And Labeling We offer custom packaging for our products. The package may include: connectors, hoods, custom coloring of products or specific types of packaging per the customer's specifications. We will also package any non-protected labeling text or graphics. Our abilities to provide these services are limited only by the imagination of our customers. Technical Assistance We offer full technical support to assist our customers in determining a proper solution. We will offer help and support for cable related troubleshooting, new installations, compatibility concerns, length restrictions, different options available for a particular opportunity, etc. We also offer technical support with factory automation applications including programmable logic controls and touch screen programming, and instructions support for operation of touch screen and related automation equipment. We work closely with our suppliers to assure the availability of accurate product information for resolving any possible application questions. We archive all new information gained from a research effort, so any similar future events will be resolved without duplicated efforts to ensure the most efficient solution. Flexible Order Entry We gladly accept orders entered by virtually any medium - phone call, fax, US Mail, private delivery service, e-mail, etc. Our 800 customer service number, as well as each team member, has voice mail for after-hour messages. Emergency orders and support is provided after normal business hours when necessary. Unlimited Shipping Capabilities We ship orders as requested by our customers, normally using Federal Express or UPS for air and ground shipping, freight lines for larger shipments, or US Mail. We always defer to the wishes of our customers for the method of shipping, since the quality and reliability of shipping services varies greatly from one area to another. We have access, either direct or by interlining, to virtually any air or ground carrier requested by our customer. Order Archiving All data entered to create an order is archived in a flexible database for future reference. The order number created at the time is the best piece of information for instant retrieval of an order, but is by no means mandatory. Order information cane be retrieved with almost any minimal amount of information provided by the customer. |
