 James
C. Hinshaw - Chairman & CEO
Mr. Hinshaw has over forty (40) years experience
in the field of Electrical Distribution. His first experience
working with electrical wire and cable was in the Army Signal
Corp. form 1959 to 1961 as a telephone lineman. When his time
in the service ended, he began working for an electrical wholesaler
in Los Angeles, CA, where he was a warehouseman from 1961
to 1964. In 1964 he started his professional career working
at McNaughton & McKay Electric in Detroit, MI. In 1971, Mr.
Hinshaw went to a wire and cable distributor in Detroit, MI,
as the Vice President of Sales, managing the sales operation.
In 1975, he left the wire and cable distributor to start his
own cable company in the inner city of Detroit. With initial
capital of five thousand dollars, under his leadership, the
company grew from four employees to over two hundred employees.
The company placed 285 on the Inc. 500 List, December 1983
issue, and was also listed as one of the top 100 private companies
in Michigan. When he sold his shares in the company in May
1987, the company had annual sales of more than $40 million.
In October 1987, Mr. Hinshaw started JCH Wire & Cable in Las Vegas, NV
with only three employees in a 1,000 square foot leased building and
has grown to over 100 employees. JCH Wire & Cable has made the
Las Vegas Top 100 Private Companies list for three consecutive years.
Mr. Hinshaw has brought to JCH the dedication, hard work,
and vision that made his previous company a success. He strives
to pass on his knowledge and leadership abilities to all members
of his management team. He also emphasizes the importance
of implementing strong organizational systems within the company.
In 2001, Mr. Hinshaw received an award as the City of North
Las Vegas Small Business Person of the Year. In addition,
Mr. Hinshaw received an honor from the North Las Vegas Chamber
of Commerce in the large business category.
Mr. Hinshaw strives to mentor all members of his management team.
He emphasizes the importance of implementing strong organizational systems
within the company and active involvement within the community.
 John
Borowski - President
Mr. Borowski has over 23 years of experience in the wire and
cable industry. John worked in various departments at a
wire and cable distributor in Detroit, Michigan. From
1985 to 1987, he served as the Western Division Branch
Manager. As one of the founders of JCH Wire &
Cable, Mr. Borowski was
instrumental in developing the first JCH Wire &
Cable product catalog. John's primary role is to utilize
his sales experience in telecommunications and the voice &
data market.

 Dwain A.
Rittenhouse - Vice President
Mr. Rittenhouse has over twenty-five (25) years of experience
in the management field. He graduated from the Spartan School
of Aeronautics' "Aviation Maintenance" and "Industrial Testing
& Inspection" programs in 1976. His management experience
began with EG&G Energy Measurements Inc. in 1980. He served
as a technical supervisor for twelve years in the quality
assurance division. During that period of time he attended
numerous management and technical training courses, and in
1984 received a certificate in business management from the
University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Mr. Rittenhouse heads
JCH Enterprises, Inc. and its affiliates (JCH Wire & Cable, JCH Technologies, and
JCH Fuel Solutions). His skills in operations, tactical deployment, and training
support allow him to direct the overall operation of the company.
He oversees and establishes company policies.
In keeping with our commitment to exceed customer expectations,
JCH maintains a well trained, professional customer support staff.
We conduct regular training classes and seminars to assure our product teams
keep up-to-date about applications, product benefits, and the performance characteristics
of our product lines. Each representative is assigned a limited number
of accounts, enabling them to provide high levels of personalized
services.
JCH Technologies offers the flexibility of a highly
trained product support group to assist customers in finding
solutions. Orders are planned, entered, and tracked using
sophisticated Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) software
including Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Capacity
Requirements Planning (CRP). Research efforts are archived
for future reference. JCH specializes in supporting aggressive
scheduling requirements.
